RLA's Training Services

Business Ventures for Nonprofits Workshop

RLA developed and delivers The Grantsmanship Center's Earned Income Strategies workshop throughout the USA.  Earned Income Strategies is an intensive, three-day workshop that shows organizations how they can advance their social missions through entrepreneurial, earned income strategies.  During this session, participants:

  • Learn about social enterprise - benefits, challenges and proven success strategies,
  • Assess their organization's readiness to start or grow their own earned income strategies,
  • Brainstorm a comprehensive list of earned income ideas,
  • Do an initial feasibility assessment of their selected ideas,
  • Get feedback on their ideas from the instructor and other participants,
  • Learn about business planning, financing and implementation options, and
  • Identify and commit to specific actions they can take to move forward after the workshop.

To register and for more information on this workshop, contact The Grantsmanship Center at 213.482.9860, or visit them on the web at www.tgci.com.
